Some of you may have read about my strange issues with SoundCloud in the past. I had to report almost 50 scam links from SoundCloud accounts to my books which were supposedly being offered as PDFs. Well, it just dawned on me that I might need to fight fire with fire and perhaps this would add another layer of protection.
I generated several music tracks using AI and set up my own equally weird Hello Charlie Coloring Books SoundCloud account. Then I linked the songs (just like they did although I argue it’s much catchier than their Stephen Hawkin’s sounding beats) back to my titles on Amazon.
Anyways, enjoy.
Ps. My own Art Nouveau Coloring Book with two separate soundtracks keeps being automatically removed by their copyright system but they even state it could be a mistake, which it is. These tracks actually don’t exist in the wild as I “engineered” aka prompted them. I also listened to the tracks they mistakenly identified as being similar and there was nothing of the sorts—in fact I was tempted to carve my eyes out with a spoon.
4/24/24 update: Soundcloud approved my two tracks as they determined there wasn’t anything wrong with my versions. But I’ve also told everyone on Reddit as to what is happening with SC, we’ll see how long a good thing can last.
5/5/24 update: I added some new tracks and a new playlist to the mix.
