Hello again. Our Hello Charlie Return Policy follows Amazon’s Return Policy and in some cases, Amazon authorized expand distribution in the US and the UK.
Amazon typically allows for a generous free 30-day return on almost items for a variety of reasons. While it has been very rare, if there are any issues regarding condition, quality, misprints, shipping, etc., I’ve been informed by Amazon Customer Support that they prefer to hear directly from customers in order to address any outstanding issues.
